PURCHASE AGREEMENT

These general sales conditions apply to each order except for special written exceptions sent by www.belleartibrindisi.it to the Customer.

 

Placing orders

When the order is successfully forwarded, a first (automatic) "Order Receipt" is sent via email upon receipt of the order, possibly a second email to communicate details or stock availability issues. Order is not demanding and does not automatically generate money.

 

Prices

The prices indicated on our site are inclusive of VAT and may be subject to change without prior notice. Anyway the price will be credited to the "Order Receipt" that will be sent to the customer after sending an order. Shipping costs across the country are detailed in the Shipping Costs page and are listed separately.

 

Order fulfillment

We will take care of the orders as soon as possible. The timing for the evasion of an order varies depending on the stock availability of the ordered merchandise. If the goods were in stock, the order would be processed on the business day following the receipt of the payment.

  4. Cash on Delivery (available only for Ordinary Package Type and with an additional charge of € 9.90)

 

Returns

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer is required to inform us of his decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit statement (such as a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) to the addressee (GL Cornici - P.tta G. Durano , 2 - 72100 Brindisi), date of order, delivery date, invoice number and notification of the will to cancel.

Products purchased on www.belleartibrindisi.it will be returned internally and externally and in their original packaging within 10 business days of receipt of the goods and after receiving a confirmation of the correctness of the data in the notice of withdrawal previously received by us from the Customer. Will not be accepted for returning goods open, broken, in a non-original or tamper-evident package. The goods must be returned at the Customer's expense, taking care of the packaging in order to avoid damage during transport; Customer is fully responsible for the goods shipped for return. The full value of the purchase will then be refunded, with the exception of shipping charges.

 

Damaged package

In the event of a damaged package or missing packages, the Customer will have to choose the "Acceptance Reserved" or "Incomplete Package Control Reserve" option before signing the courier documentation (accompanying bubble) and immediately notifying the company's fault, without open the package, which will replace or re-install missing or damaged parts. In the event of a serious injury, our company may request the full refund of the product received in order to rival the shipping company.
